Classic 90’s in a simple fudge recipe!

Homemade Creamy White Chocolate Fudge is unbelievably rich, decadent, and so easy to make! And when you grab those most fabulous sprinkles you can find to load up your white chocolate fudge along with a few drops of hot pink food gel color, you get sparkly Lisa Frank Unicorn Fudge that just melts in your mouth and is so simple to make.

Lisa Frank Unicorn Fudge

Cook Time: 1 hour
Additional Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 7 minutes

Classic 90's in a simple fudge recipe!

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces of white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • purple food gel coloring
  • pink food get coloring
  • sky blue food gel coloring
  • The most fabulous sprinkles you can find

Instructions

  1. Link a 9 x 9 brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place chocolate chips into a heat proof bowl.
  3. Boil heavy cream until foamy.
  4. Pour steaming heavy cream over chocolate chips and let sit for a minute.
  5. Stir white chocolate mixture until smooth.
  6. Divide chocolate mixture into 3 separate bowls.
  7. Place a few drops of food gel coloring into each bowl so you have a bowl of purple white chocolate, pink white chocolate, and sky blue white chocolate.
  8. Alternating between colors, pour into prepared pan.
  9. Press sprinkles on top of fudge mixture.
  10. Let set in refrigerator for up to an hour.
  11. Let fudge come to room temperature and slice into bite sized pieces before serving.
