Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Additional Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

A simple and classic walnut chocolate fudge.

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 4 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of crushed walnuts

  1. Prepare you standard square baking pan with parchment paper. You may find it helpful to allow extra to overhand from the sides for easier removal once the fudge sets.
  2. In a large heatproof bowl, add in all ingredients but the walnuts.
  3. In 45 second microwave bursts, heat the mixture until it is easily able to mix. This usually takes me a minute and a half.
  4. Mix melted mixture until completely smooth and evenly incorporated.
  5. Pour fudge mixture into prepared baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  7. Allow to firm and set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. Once fudge has set, lift fudge out of pan, slice into bite sized squares, serve, and enjoy!
